Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 2024
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Solset CRM subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to the platform nodes until the cycle completes.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our cloud-based software, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has begun or after a subscription has been active for more than 7 days.
However, we may consider full or partial refunds in the following scenarios:
- Technical failure of the platform preventing core operations for more than 48 hours.
- Accidental duplicate charges caused by the payment gateway node.
- Refund requests made within 7 days of initial sign-up, provided there has been no significant data usage or document generation.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Add-on license fees (AI Co-pilot, extra user seats) already utilized.
- One-time setup or whitelabeling fees.
- Credits purchased for Meta WhatsApp API messaging.
4. Process
To request a refund, please send a detailed email to nk@solset.in with your workspace ID and the reason for the request. Our finance team will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
