1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Solset CRM platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you agree to these terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account identity nodes and all activities that occur under your workspace. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose. You may not attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform nodes or access data not intended for you.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your workspace nodes.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its software, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Solset Technologies Pvt Ltd. You retain all rights to the data you upload to your isolated tenant environment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Solset CRM is provided "as is". In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
