The frame is solved, not estimated.

Design the mounting table, read the wind load for the site, and get a structural report from a real frame analysis: reactions, member forces and a member check with a verdict. Then size the foundations from the same model and hand your engineer a STAAD file and drawings.

How it works

From a table to a foundation drawing

One model feeds the report, the STAAD file, the drawings and the foundations, so they cannot disagree.

Design the table

Pick the frame and set modules across and modules high (1P, 2P and more), tilt, front height, leg spacing and legs per position. The table designer shows every table type in the plant, in plan, elevation and 3D.

  • Each table type can be shown, analysed and exported
  • Whole-plant bill of materials across all table types

What comes out

  • Structural analysis reportPDF with wind derivation, load cases, reactions, member forces and the member check.
  • STAAD.Pro exportGeometry, sections, load cases and combinations as a .std file your engineer can open.
  • Structure drawingPlan, elevation and member schedule per table, plus a plant schedule, as PDF and DXF.
  • Foundation drawingsFoundation layout with marks and typical details per foundation type, PDF and DXF.
  • Steel and civil quantitiesSteel takeoff per table and per plant, civil lines in the bill of quantities when foundations are on.
  • Ground mount fieldsLay whole tables of a saved table design on open ground, with gaps between tables and roads as keep-outs.
  • Feet and inchesWorkspaces that work in imperial units see lengths in feet and inches; the engine and the STAAD file stay metric.
  • Bounded inputsWind factors and heights are checked against their allowed ranges, and refused rather than quietly changed.

Good to know

  • The structural report is not a substitute for a structural certificate signed by a licensed engineer.
  • We do not claim the numbers match STAAD.Pro: the .std file is a starting model for your engineer, not a verified one.
  • Only hollow steel sections (SHS and RHS) get a verdict. Other sections are reported as not checked.
  • Expect some default sections to fail: the check is real, and the report says what governs.
