Arka360 is the product that used to be marketed as The Solar Labs. It is a design and proposal platform first, with offices in Texas and Bengaluru, and it is one of the few competitors that publishes both Indian and US prices. Solset AI starts from the other end: the customer record, and everything that happens to it from the first WhatsApp message to the maintenance visit in year nine.
Where Arka360 is ahead
- Permit and PE-stamp services: Arka360 sells human-delivered permit packages and stamped drawings for the US market. Solset AI produces the single-line diagram, the structural report and the bill of materials, but it does not file permits and it does not offer stamped plan sets.
- Case studies and ratings: Arka360 lists ten case studies with named installers and carries a SOC 2 badge and a G2 profile. Solset AI does not publish customer counts or ratings; its proof is the free tools and the demo videos.
- US integrations: Salesforce, DocuSign, HighLevel, Nearmap. Solset AI integrates Zoho Inventory, Razorpay, Meta lead ads and WhatsApp, and offers an API and webhooks on its higher plans.
Where Solset AI is ahead
- The job after the proposal. Arka360’s product pages cover CRM, design, proposal, simulation and permits. Procurement, inventory, goods receipts, vendor bills, invoices with GST and TDS, receivables, service contracts and crews are not on them. In Solset AI the design’s bill of materials becomes the purchase request, the quotation becomes the invoice, and nothing is retyped.
- The CRM is included. On Arka360’s pricing page the CRM is a paid add-on; on Solset AI the CRM is the Free plan.
- Structure, not just layout: Solset AI’s table designer runs a frame analysis with wind loads to IS 875 (and SBC 301 for Saudi sites, behind a flag) and exports a STAAD .std file. Arka360’s pages describe 3D modelling and shading reports; they do not describe a structural check.
- Self-serve: Solset AI has a free plan you can open in two minutes. Arka360’s path is a demo form.
Pricing, side by side
Arka360 publishes Indian plans at ₹7,500, ₹11,500 and ₹16,500 a month (₹46,000, ₹70,000 and ₹1,00,000 a year, plus 18% GST), with the CRM as an add-on and SLD export only on the top tier; US plans are $199 and $358 a month for one and two users, with an Enterprise tier on request. There is no free tier on the pricing page. Figures are from the competitor’s own website, read on 8 October 2026; check their pricing page before relying on them.
Solset AI prices per workspace, not per user: a plan covers the company, extra seats are an add-on, and the Free plan never expires and needs no card. Subscriptions are billed in rupees or dollars, and the Design Studio can also be used one roof at a time with pay-per-design credits. Every figure is on the plans page, where it is read from the live catalogue rather than typed into a blog post.
Who should choose which
Choose Arka360 if you sell in the US and need permit packages and stamped drawings from the same vendor, or if your team already lives in Salesforce. Choose Solset AI if you are an EPC that designs, procures, installs, invoices and services the system, especially in India where GST, PM Surya Ghar slabs and ALMM flags are built in and switched off everywhere else.
If Arka360 fits the way you sell, use it; the point of this post is that you can decide from the facts. If the job after the proposal is where your margin leaks, start a free Solset workspace, add one real enquiry and take it to a quotation. Our other comparisons are on the compare page.
